Residents (Residential):

• Attend "Residents Association" meetings when invited
• Provide credit and investigations with respect to prospective residents, as required
• Maintain accurate up-todate tenant files
• Maintain accurate up-to-date rent roll
• Calculate rents and ensure proper documentation, as required
