• Communicate with tenants effectively without delay, as required
• On-site inspections
• Provide Credit investigations with respect to prospective tenants
• Market and Lease vacant units
• Maintain accurate up-to-date tenant files
• Maintain accurate up-to-date rent roll
• Calculate rents and ensure proper documentation, as required
