Building:

  • Arrange for and administer all contracts
  • Tender and administer all required contracts
  • Ensure building is maintained to the highest possible standards
  • Arrange for and administer all contracts
  • Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programme
  • Arrange and/or obtain quotations for all building purchases, repairs and renovations, leasehold improvements-report to owner
  • Arrange and/or obtain quotations for building and common area upgrades, repairs and renovations, make recommendations to owner if necessary
  • Receiving and handling of all necessary service and maintenance routines and procedures
  • Assistance in the investigation of any structural, electrical, or mechanical deficiencies and preparation of remedial action
