Building:
- Arrange for and administer all contracts
- Tender and administer all required contracts
- Ensure building is maintained to the highest possible standards
- Arrange for and administer all contracts
- Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programme
- Arrange and/or obtain quotations for all building purchases, repairs and renovations, leasehold improvements-report to owner
- Arrange and/or obtain quotations for building and common area upgrades, repairs and renovations, make recommendations to owner if necessary
- Receiving and handling of all necessary service and maintenance routines and procedures
- Assistance in the investigation of any structural, electrical, or mechanical deficiencies and preparation of remedial action
