Connium was established in 1988 in Toronto, Canada. For more than 30 years, Connium has successfully managed commercial, residential and industrial properties in Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.

Connium is a member of ACMO, (the Association of Condominium Management of Ontario) and C.C.I. (the Canadian Condominium Institute) and other industry associations. Connium has been a recipient of the ACMO 2000 compliance award honoring the best of the industry since 2012.

What is an ACMO 2000 certified company?

The ACMO 2000 Certification Program requires management firms to develop systems based upon four key operational areas including:
• internal management,
• board relations,
• supplier relations, and
• field operations.

Firms achieving ACMO 2000 certification adhere to a rigorous auditing process every three years by an independent auditor to guarantee continued compliance with this Standard.

required to achieve 20 hours of continuing education credits and are well-versed in the latest industry news and regulations, thus positioning themselves as leaders in their profession.
